Spotlight of the Day: Sci Fi Looove

Last entry, I asked what you guys would like to see as far as the spotlight goes, & while most pleaded for more alt models (which I am always happy to oblige), one request was a science fiction art focus. I figured I'd go with the minority before I return to my ever favorite subject of alternative models.

Now I didn't want to focus on just one artist so instead I'll be showcasing quite a few artist, & you'll be able to see more from them by clicking the link under each art piece.

Alright! Autobots... ROLL OUT!
Art by: Joel Gomez

Art by: Huiyen

Art by: Nemons

Art by: Emile Denis

&
Art both by: Hendry Roesly

(I know it's more fantasy than sci-fi but I love it!)

Art by: David K.

That's all for now! Any inspiration or ideas for my next entry?!
On another lovely note, I got engaged over the weekend <3 YAY!
He took me to the spot where our first date was, which was a Weezer concert, & there was a pond/gazebo right nearby, & he got down on one knee & asked me to be stuck with him forever.
I'm so happy!

Spotlight of the Day: Pin-Ups

The spotlight of the day is focused on Pin-Up Models!

I adore modern day pin-up models, don't get me wrong, I love classic pin-up models. You can't appreciate modern day pin-up unless you appreciate where it started but I love piercings, tattoos, & body modifacation. Throw that together with the classic pic-up concept, & you have perfection!

What do you love?

Suicide Girls Selling Out?

Due to the recent vlog released by Shotgun Suicide, a small uproar of rebellion has cast against Suicide Girls.

They said that SG has lost touch with why it was created in the first place.

Some are outraged that the vlog, cast to so many "impressionable" girls, glamourizes the business. Saying that despite the courage it takes to get naked on the internet, doing so should't be a milestone in your life.
One fan said:
I love SG & I think this video is great to make girls wanna join but I think it might be over-glamorizing it? I wanna see all the work and effort these lovely ladies put in to get to the top. There's thousands of chicks wanting this pretty bad but how many will actually have a life like this?
Others love SG's art, style & attitude, their past focus. For that would want to join, but with SG's recent requirement for full-on nudity these past years, many are turned off.
& yet many more are turned-on.

There's a reason there isn't a Nobel Prize for Getting Naked on the Internet.
But still...

What do you think?

XBox Live Friends List Expansion? Yes Please.

One of Xbox Live's most-requested features, the raising of the 100 friend cap, could be about to happen as Microsoft's unveils plans to discontinue the Original Xbox's online service.

Microsoft's gone on record in the past that the Xbox 360 friend cap is mostly down to backwards compatibility with the old console. Now that's not an issue, the platform holder's seemingly free to let us expand our mate roster.

Xbox group product manager, Aaron Greenberg said of raising the cap back in 2007:
"There's some interdependencies. Some things like original Xbox games have friends lists hard coded in, so there's things we gotta work through, but we'll get it figured out, it's something we want to do."

He then updated us on the feature last year:
"I can't commit to when that will happen, but that is something we want to do. It's definitely something we're looking at expanding and, as this social network grows, we've absolutely heard the pleas for that. It's on the list."
Possibly good news for popular people like those OXM chaps then, but the average Xbox Live user surely has about 20 friends anyway? Wrong. My list is ALWAYS full, XBL having been you for years now, you get to know some people.

Because sometimes you just can't delete some people...
